Referrals can be made by filling out our digital form on our website, sending an email, or contacting us by phone. We value seamless communication, making the referral process as convenient as possible.
All visits are currently provided by Elle Cardone, a board-certified Physician Assistant with nearly a decade of experience in dermatology and wound care. As required by Florida law, she works under the supervision of a board-certified physician, but Elle personally delivers all treatments during home and facility visits.
After receiving the referral, you will hear from your provider within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.
We prioritize prompt care, so an appointment will be scheduled within 7 days of receiving a referral.
We assess your wound, medical history, and overall health to develop a custom treatment plan for your needs.
Healing times vary based on the severity of the wound, but our advanced therapies significantly speed up recovery. On average, our patients experience a healing process that spans 6 – 12 weeks.
We accept Medicare and take care of the reimbursement process for our patients directly with their insurers. There is no out-of-pocket cost for patients with qualifying Medicare coverage.
